The Galápagos Islands were among the first group of sites added to the World Heritage List in 1978. The human presence is restricted to small number of sites, and the local species almost completely ignore the humans that come close.
The sites in the order of appearance in the video: Moreno Point (Punta Moreno) – Isabela island, Urbina Bay – Isabela, Espinoza Point (Punta Espinosa) – Fernandina, Tagus Cove and Darwin Lake – Isabela, Egas Port (Puerto Egas) – Santiago, Espumilla Beach – Santiago, Daphne, Bartolome and the beach on Santiago across the bay from Bartolome, Kicker Rock (Leon Dormido) and the close by beach on San Cristobal.
