Soloist – Mikhail Pletnev; Moskow Radio Symphony Orchestra; Conductor – Vladimir Fedoseyev; Recorded live at the Alte Oper Frankfurt, 1991. Mikhail Pletnev won the Gold Medal at the VI International Tchaikovsky Competition in 1978. He gained the support to found the Russian National Orchestra in 1990.
