As one of the performance opportunities arranged for Menuhin Competition prizewinners Ziyu He, winner of the Senior 1st Prize of the Menuhin Competition London 2016, performs with Joji Hattori & the Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears at the Auditorium in Palma de Mallorca on 10th November 2016.
Ziyu performs on the ‘Schneiderhan’ Stradivari, on loan to him by the Beare’s International Violin Foundation as part of his 1st Prize at the Menuhin Competition. On the violin, Ziyu says: “”I’m very lucky to have had this beautiful instrument! This Strad has a brilliant and beautiful sound, and it sounds better and better the longer I play on it. I had a great time with this wonderful instrument! Thank you Beare’s International Violin Foundation for your support!”
